3. Cancellations
- Before Project Commencement: If you cancel before the project starts, no additional fees beyond the deposit will be charged.
- After Project Commencement: Cancellations after the project has begun will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
4. Refund Requests
